Deli Auto is a professional B2B exporter of used commercial vehicles and truck spare parts. All products are subject to actual stock availability and final order confirmation. Our main product and service categories include:
Used Trucks
Tractor trucks, dump trucks, cargo trucks, mixer trucks, tank trucks, buses and construction trucks from major global brands.
Truck Parts
Engines, gearboxes, axles, cabin parts, chassis parts, electrical components, brake parts and genuine spare parts from trusted sources.
Export Services
End-to-end export services including vehicle sourcing, mechanical inspection, container loading, customs clearance, and international ocean shipping.
Technical Support
Pre-sale technical consultation, post-sale support, engine testing, maintenance, refurbishment, and lifetime technical assistance for purchased vehicles and parts.

Purchasing
Orders & Payments
Order Confirmation
All orders become binding only after written confirmation from both parties. An order is considered confirmed upon the signing of a Sales Contract or the issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI) accepted by the buyer. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute a confirmed order.
Payment Terms
Payment methods, amounts, and schedules are governed by the mutually signed Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice. Standard payment is by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in USD. L/C may be accepted subject to prior agreement. All payments must be completed as specified before shipment is arranged.
Logistics
Shipping & Delivery
Deli Auto is responsible for arranging export procedures, customs clearance documentation, container loading, and international ocean freight on behalf of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in the Sales Contract.
Estimated shipping and delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: vessel schedules, port congestion, destination country customs procedures, local regulations, and force majeure events.
Export Documents
Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list and all required export paperwork provided.
Container Loading
Professional container loading with photos and loading reports provided before departure.
Transit Times
Delivery timelines vary by destination port, vessel schedule, and local customs clearance procedures.
Quality Assurance
Warranty & Liability
All vehicles and parts undergo professional mechanical inspection and engine testing by our certified engineers prior to shipment. Detailed inspection reports and photographs are provided to buyers before final payment.
As all products sold by Deli Auto are used goods, buyers acknowledge that normal wear and signs of use consistent with the vehicle's age and mileage may be present. Such conditions do not constitute a defect unless specifically misrepresented in the inspection report.
After-Sales Support
Deli Auto will provide after-sales support within the scope defined in the mutually signed Sales Contract. Our technical team offers lifetime consultation for vehicles and parts purchased from us. Specific warranty terms, if applicable, will be stated explicitly in the contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deli Auto's total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the specific product or service in question.

Intellectual Property
All content published on this website -- including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, and design elements -- is the exclusive property of Guangzhou Deli Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Deli Auto. This includes copying product images or descriptions for use on third-party platforms, marketplaces, or websites.
Jurisdiction
Governing Law & Changes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or a business transaction with Deli Auto shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration body in Guangzhou, China.
Deli Auto reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of this website or engagement in business with Deli Auto after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
